Harpia is a mission-driven New York City real estate investment and development company focused on unlocking value in under-utilized assets in high-growth neighborhoods.

Through partnerships with local owners and community stakeholders, sustainable building practices, and inclusive hiring practices, we facilitate socially responsible economic development in traditionally underserved communities. 

Harpia takes a socially responsible approach to structuring bespoke transactions for each acquisition of distressed and special situation assets from owners, allowing them a dignified exit from a challenging situation. Our redevelopment efforts and design are anchored by a belief in the symbiotic balance between sustainability, form and function to create spaces that are healthier, more durable, lower cost to operate, more comfortable and, not least, beautiful. We aim to include as many small, women and minority owned and operated businesses on both the investment management and also the development and construction activities.
